Since I'm on a brand new instance (#littlefedi) it's probably appropriate to do a reintroduction!
I'm a cis-gay man. I work in Canberra, Australia in education as the head of English, Humanities and Languages. I'm interested in the following topics:
#RolePlayingGames
#Education
#ClimateChange
#Permaculture
#Sustainability
#BasicIncome
#OpenSourceSoftware
#LGBTQIA+
#Antifa
#LittleFedi
#Canberra
#Auspol
@joseph Second time I've seen littlefedi mentioned today... is it just another (new) instance? Or is there more to it? I'm a technocretin, remember! 😄
@sisterratched@vivaldi.net A new type of server, think WordPerfect being replaced by Word or GoogleDocs. I was on Akkoma, which I loved, but I'm self-hosting this on an old box in my lounge room, which is frankly amazing.
